Pay attention to punctuation and capital letters — they count in the exercise.

• Ich will nicht um den heißen Brei reden.

  I don't want to beat about the bush.

• Eventuell schaffen wir es morgen — nicht: eventually.

  We might manage tomorrow — not “eventually”.

• Aktuell fehlen Daten, nicht „actual data“ als Übersetzung.

  Currently data are missing, not “actual” as a translation.

• Unter vier Augen: der Ton war zu hart.

  In private: the tone was too harsh.

• Ich drücke dir die Daumen für die Prüfung.

  I'll keep my fingers crossed for the exam.

• Komm zum Punkt, sonst verlieren wir den Faden.

  Get to the point or we'll lose the thread.
